On Monday 11th August, the weather gods were kind enough again to hold the morning rain off as all the kids from St Brigids Primary school in Mordialloc all brought a sports ball in to donate to the Have a Ball Foundation. And what an amazing display of generosity it was for a school of 280 kids by donating an unbelievable 393 balls to the charity. The kids had lots of fun testing their skills out by throwing their donated sports balls into the handball board which also tested the teachers out in the end. They all received a small chocolate treat for their generosity.
Earl did an amazing job in the Marshall Batteries sponsors costume.
We would like to thank all the parents, children and teachers for their amazing support on the day and special thanks to the principal Kate Watson for organizing the event.
