On Friday 19th September on the last day of school term, all kids from St Louis deMontforts broke the record in the number of balls donated for a school event with 553 sports balls donated to the Have a Ball Foundation. All kids got into the sports day by dressing up in their favourite AFL team colours and throwing their donated sports balls through the handball board into the Have a Ball trailer. The footy theme songs were a great background entertainment as the massive queue at the school formed by the kids and some parents. It was such a fun day morning at the school and an absolutely unbelievable effort with all kids getting involved in the day with their donations. Thank you so much for Mick O’Brien for coordinating the event and for Tom Lindeman for the invitation to attend the school. Special thanks to all the kids, parents and teachers for their amazing generosity and supporting the foundation.
